Route through beautiful nature areas
The Mountain bike route Montfort crosses several beautiful nature areas around Montfort. For example, the route takes you through ’t Sweeltje, a nature area of around 100 hectares between Montfort and Sint Odiliënberg. One possible starting point is the ’t Sweeltje car park. From there, the route goes through Montfort. As soon as you leave the village, the first part of the singletrack begins.
Technical and challenging
There is plenty of variety between wider paths and winding singletracks. Bermed turns, short bends and off-camber corners provide enough challenge. The route also includes many height differences, 185 metres in total, with longer climbs and descents. It is a technically challenging route that puts your mountain bike skills to the test.
